Tiburon Transmedia LLC was founded in 2011 in Austin with a practical goal: help clients tell one clear story — then adapt it for the channels where their audience actually watches.
Sergio Carvajal, Founder & Producer, has spent more than a decade producing commercials, corporate films, interview and documentary pieces, and social-first content for businesses and organizations across Texas. He works directly with clients and agency partners from brief through final deliverables, keeping messaging consistent whether the video lives on a website, at an event, or in a paid social campaign.
Based in North Austin, we serve companies, nonprofits, agencies, and independent creators throughout Central Texas — on location, in studio, and in post.

Common questions
What types of projects do you take on?
Commercial spots, corporate and training video, social and campaign content, founder and customer stories, event coverage, documentary-style pieces, and post-only editing. If you need professional video for business or public-facing channels, send us a brief.
What does transmedia mean for your clients?
We plan how one story becomes multiple assets — a hero film, shorter social cuts, captions, thumbnails, and format-specific versions — so your message stays consistent without reshooting for every platform.
What is your service area?
We are based in Austin, TX and regularly shoot throughout Central Texas. Location work outside the Austin metro is available with a travel day rate. Remote post-production and virtual development sessions are available nationwide.
How do estimates and payment work?
After an initial creative brief, we provide a detailed quote with line-item breakdown. A 50% deposit secures your production dates; the balance is due on delivery. We accept ACH, business checks, and major credit cards.
Do you handle music and talent rights?
Yes. We coordinate music licensing, talent releases, and location agreements as part of pre-production. Clearance costs are quoted separately so there are no surprises at delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days before a scheduled shoot receive a full deposit refund minus pre-production costs incurred. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to crew and equipment availability.
